Uniform for the forthcoming exams.
Just a reminder that at least 20 marks are given for grooming and appearance for exams so a clean and tidy uniform is essential.
The new regualtion uniform MUST be worn for the forthcoming exams including a NEW pair of Satin Ballet shoes.
The shoes will need to be fitted correctly, Sam will be at Trinity tomorrow (Tuesday) with sample sizes and to take orders. PLEASE ensure that you get your child fitted before or after her class.
Socks and tights as per uniform guidelines will also be needed.

Classes – Friday 11th March
Dear Parents,
I am writing to inform you that once again there will be a jumble sale at the Scout Hut on Saturday 12th March and therefore they will need to use the hall on the Friday before to prepare.
So unfortunately the Classes on Friday 11th March need to be postponed. There will be NO dance classes that day.
Instead the classes will be made up on Friday 15th April.
My sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you but I hope you will all understand. The Scouts hold fundraising jumble sales twice a year and it was a condition when we hired the Scout Hut on a Friday that we would not require it on those dates.

Classes tonight (Friday)
Tonight’s classes at the Scout Hall will go ahead as normal.
Although the situation has much improved since Wednesday, there is still a very large hole in the road, hoardings and debris, so please take great care in travelling to and from the venue.
Please park at the King’s Centre and not in Moat Road and it may be advisable to take a torch if you are travelling when it is dark.
IMPORTANT – Classes tonight at the Scout Hall
Miss Kay has just arrived at the Scout Hall and has decided to cancel Grade 1 and Grade 2 Tap.
Due to a fire alarm going off the Fire Brigade has had to break into the Hall and unfortunately caused some damage.
On top of that outside where the contractors are working here is a lot of debris and Miss Kay upon discussion with other parents has decided that the environment is too dangerous for the children.
We shall let you know as soon as we can whether there will be a make-up lesson or whether your fee for this lesson will be refunded.

Moat Road – Please note!
Due to Southern Water contractors working on Moat Road there is NO ACCESS and NO Parking facilities available at the Scout Hall until after half term.
Please use the Kings Centre for dropping off or waiting. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please remember that we are doing a bulk uniform order on Monday (25th) so this is a quick reminder to either submit your order form or send an email to [email protected] if you require any new uniform.
If we receive orders after Monday, the can still be ordered but you will need to pay the extra surcharge for postage and packaging.
